Midterm reflection. 

I thought I got good feedback that could help me move the project forward. Such as think  more about my occupants, for example what they are doing when their not dancing, analyzing their head movement and eye contact. By hybridizing my sold/void and mdf model I may come up with a better key term that defines my approach. Also thinking more about the models in relation to the site and how it interacts to the site.

Hello my name is Fatema,

I started out with design approach A that is my MDF model. My MDF model consists of an architectural approach of piercing points and shattering angles, where these angles are spiky and they look like reaching out/away from their starting point. These components were put together in way that reflects my body diagram. My body diagram is a body analysis of two characters from the movie the sound of musicwhere these characters dance in circular motion carrying and supporting each other while in the other hand these components are acting the same way.

Design approach B interprets peaking angles with sloped surface. This solid void angle defined spatial qualities like stepping, inversed openings, irregular angles, and twisting apertures creating flow of space.  These spatial qualities could be adapted in my Hybrid for design approach A. Also, the potential of hybrid of Design be could be adding another materials like basswood to define my design process.

In regard my 2 occupants who are dancers, occupant A(the female) will always stay in these private areas where they are enclosed with angled surfaces, occupant B will always be on these flat surface supporting occupant A securing her from these insecure angles.
